An Australian influencer who goes by the name ‘ASX Wolf’ has sold his luxurious Gold Coast mansion for a handsome profit less than a year after buying it.
Queensland influencer Tyson Scholz’s Hamptons-style home sold for $4.61 million, earning Scholz a $310,000 profit since his purchase 11 months ago.
Ray White Sovereign Islands estate agent James Drake sold the exclusive Sanctuary Cove estate at an auction held at the Sheraton Mirage on the Gold Coast on Monday night.
The five-bedroom mansion features six car spaces, a private jetty, heated pool and pool house, outdoor spa, indoor and outdoor gourmet kitchens, and Italian marble floors, the same type used in in the Sistine Chapel.
The luxury mansion received strong interest during the auction, with three bidders, two by phone and one in person, vying for the property.

The property was advertised with an asking price of $4.6 million or more, a price that Australian Financial Review estimated would result in a net loss on the property.
Scholz told the AFR that his assumption was mostly “incorrect” and declined to comment on his personal matters.
