Bangers and Cash’s Derek Mathewson has reportedly left his wife Sue, 40, for a relationship with a colleague 26 years his junior.
According Sun The 71-year-old star of the British television car auction series has approached his married colleague Vicki Ivens, 45, after working together at their family business in Yorkshire.
Vicki worked in Mathewson’s office and, like Sue, also 71, appeared several times on the show.
Their budding relationship is believed to have rocked when they were faced with damning phone bills.
A source told the publication: “Last month, Sue showed up at Nicholas’s house. [Vicki’s husband] with a list of phone numbers’.

‘He checked his bill and there were about 180 calls between them in three weeks.
“She confronted Vicki and she said she was glad she found out and she was glad she didn’t have to lie anymore.”
Sue, with whom Derek shares adult sons Paul and Dave, gave Vicki her running orders from the business and is now believed to be working at the Flamingo Land theme park.
She and her husband of 20 years, Nicholas, have since divorced and are reported to be spending evenings with her new love Derek.

The show has been a huge hit with viewers and was described by Christopher Stevens of Mail Online as ‘car lover’s bliss’.
