Former The Saturdays singer Una, 41, and David appeared to recently confirm the union between the three.
However, Una is said to have decided to walk away from the relationship after David and Sian traveled abroad without her for an extended vacation.
It occurs when Una removed all traces of the athlete David from her social networks.

Una added height to her body with a pair of black ankle boots and accessorized her outfit with a gold necklace.

She had shared a selfie of her and David snuggling on the beach, writing: “It was him and me x.”
But by Thursday, the photo and all other previous snapshots had been deleted from her social media.

It comes after David seemed to confirm that he’s in ‘trouble’ with Una and Sian when he sent them Valentine’s Day messages earlier this month.
The British boxer took to Instagram to share a photo of himself shirtless as he posed on the beach with Una and a bikini-clad Sian standing arm in arm with him on either side.
He wrote: “Happy Valentine’s Day to the beautiful queens in my life, making my world a better place to live!”
