Love Island fans were left baffled on Friday night when Kai threw food at new bombshell Rosie during their date.
The islanders received a text message informing them that two new bombs were on the way and that they were going out with two people.
Rosie opted to bring Casey and Kai Fagan, while Keanan chose Jessie Wynter and Samie Elishi.
But in a bizarre turn of events, Kai threw food at Rosie, leading fans to joke that he did it because “he’s so into Sanam.”
On Twitter, people were baffled by what was going on, with one writing: “Kai is so awkward on this date he literally throws food at her.” She just wants to go back to Sanam.

It comes after Love Island fans declared they were desperate for Kai and his new partner Sanam to win this year’s series following their showdown with Olivia.
Olivia was seen inviting 24-year-old science and PE teacher Kai over for a chat during Monday’s episode, as she was determined he would apologize for calling her “fake.”
The couple was previously a couple, but both made connections with two new bombshells when they broke up during Casa Amor.

Discussing the situation with him on Monday, Olivia said: “I wanted to invite you to have a chat because when I went Home things were good, things were really good and I just want to know what caused you to have these feelings.”
“Thinking that I’m not genuine, that I’m fake, I just want to know where that comes from.”
She added: ‘It hurt a lot in the fire pit when you called me a fake. She that’s not the person I thought I knew, they are very strong things to say… I expect an apology for those comments.’
A defiant Kai responded, ‘I’m not apologizing for anything. That cleared it up immediately.
He added: “I say we just drop the conversation and agree to be civil.”
Unwilling to let him rest, Olivia continued, “Calling someone who is not genuine and fake, are not light words. That’s rude. Don’t you think that’s rude?”
Kai told him, ‘Well, then we’ll have to agree to disagree.’ Listen, if that’s how I felt at that moment, that’s how I felt at that moment. I’m not going to get it back.
Olivia said she was struggling to understand how they went from being in a good place to seeing Kai ‘look smug’ when he returned from Casa Amor with Maxwell.

Kai insisted that he was smiling because he was happy for Olivia, before adding, “We can be civil, so we don’t have to be friends.”

Olivia said to Kai, ‘Well, as long as you don’t go around trying to tell people things, then I’m sweet.’
While the couple seemed to have come to an agreement on how to behave towards each other for the rest of their time in the villa, viewers weren’t impressed.
