The gruesome footage shows the moment a girl was forced to cling to the outside of an amusement ride several meters above the ground after it nearly came to a stop.
The girl, whose age is unknown, was attending the Mount Isa 100 year celebration event in the Queensland hinterland on Thursday evening.
