Jenna Dewan dressed down for a bookstore outing with her 9-year-old daughter Everly in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The duo was dressed for the rainy day. The Rookie star wore a gray t-shirt under a black jacket teamed with black leggings, Nike sneakers and a black Yves Saint Laurent bag.
The Resident star’s hair was parted in the middle and pulled back into a low ponytail.
Her daughter wore a pair of light green polka dot shorts with a blue T-shirt and bright pink sneakers.
Jenna, who shared a funny video of her family’s Christmas festivities, shares Everly with ex-husband Channing Tatum, whom she was married to from 2009 to 2018. Their divorce was finalized in 2019.

The trained dancer is a devoted mother to Everly and her 3-year-old son Callum, with her current partner, Steve Kazee.
She began dating actor and singer Kazee in 2018. The couple is currently engaged.
Jenna and Steve announced their engagement in February 2020.
Over the holidays, the mother-of-two treated her daughter to a special day to watch Disney on Ice.
The duo even hung out with Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck at the event.
Jenna hit the rink with Everly on ice skates so she could mingle with other iconic Disney characters and other celebrities.
The Let’s Get Physical star also took photos with several close friends and celebrities on the ice, including Dancing with the Stars alum Amanda Kloots and Jane the Virgin actor Justin Baldoni.
And on Christmas Day, Jenna shared a glimpse of her family’s celebrations with a social media post.

She danced while making Christmas cookies with Everly, who was swinging her arms as she danced alongside her mother.
The video opened with Jenna’s fiance Steve Kazee, 47, holding their two-year-old son Callum.
Callum correctly answered Steve that Santa Claus was coming to bring gifts.
Jenna held up a tray of Christmas cookies while wearing a red Santa hat and green tracksuit.
She shared some Christmas decorations and more clips of her and Everly dancing while making cookies.
The clip ended with Steve and Everly singing the final lines of the song Twelve Days Of Christmas and hugging each other while both wearing Santa hats.
“More than any gift under the tree, it’s about the moments together that we remember forever,” Jenna wrote as a caption to her approximately 8.8 million Instagram followers.
The actress has a starring role on the ABC series The Rookie as Bailey Nune’s love interest.
