‘You bring so much joy and happiness to my heart and soul. I love you beyond ever HAPPY BIRTHDAY,’ she concluded with the hashtag #Twins.
The video features a series of still photographs and video footage of the singer and her children over the years.
The images include shots of Emme, who J-Lo introduced in June as gender-neutral with they/them pronouns, singing with her mother onstage.
There are also photos of them as young children along with a snap of the kids and Lopez posing with Ben Affleck, whom Lopez married in July.
Another shot showed Lopez in a pink bikini, jumping out of the water to give young Max a kiss.
The singer-actress made headlines on Valentine’s Day when it was revealed that both she and Ben Affleck got matching tattoos.
He shared a photo of an infinity symbol with an arrow through it, which he said was a tribute to his “commitment.”

She included several flashback photos of the lovebirds from her first relationship, including references to both her story and her upcoming album in her hashtags: ‘#CommitmentIsSexy,’ ‘#ThisIsUsThen,’ ‘#ThisIsUsNow,’ and ‘#ThisIsMeNow.’
The design appeared to feature an infinity symbol with ‘Jennifer’ and ‘Ben’ written on the delicate loops to signify they were together forever.
An arrow, presumably one from Cupid, pierced the figure. There also appeared to be additional design or text in the lower left corner of the tattoo, though the glow from his transparent protective bandage obscured this.
Ben’s tattoo design was similar, though not identical. His had two intersecting arrows that appeared to be tied in the center with a string, and the couple’s initials were located between the arrows.
Its extreme close-up made it harder to tell the exact location, even though it appeared to be similarly positioned.
The actress is coming off her new Amazon Prime Video film Shotgun Wedding with Josh Duhamel, which was released in late January.
It also has director Niki Caro’s The Mother in post-production with Gael García Bernal and Joseph Fiennes, in theaters May 12.
Lopez also has Atlas in post-production with Simu Liu and Sterling K. Brown, expected to be released later this year.
