Kristin Cavallari Reveals She Only Attracts ‘Unavailable’ Men, After Split From Jay Cutler
Kristin Cavallari has revealed that she only attracts unavailable men when she opened up about her love life in an emotional new podcast.
The Hills alum, 36, who shares three children with ex-husband Jay Cutler, 39, said the men who flirted with her were always married and it was hard to find dates who had the same goals in life as her in a conversation about her. Broad Ideas Podcast.
She said: ‘Clearly I’m not ready for a relationship because I’m attracting all these unavailable men.
‘I have received many 29-year-olds. I’ve dated a lot of guys in their 20s and I’m like, “This is bullshit. I need someone who’s established.”

The star, who is mother to Camden, 10, Saylor, eight and Jaxon, seven, said she does not plan to expand her family further.
She said: “Unless I met the love of my fucking life and he wanted one and he didn’t have any, maybe, but I don’t think so.”
“I’m just not in a place for it right now, which is fine.”
In August, Kristin Cavallari revealed on the call his daddy podcast that his relationship with Jay was ‘toxic’ and that he ignored ‘red flags’ when he first called off their engagement in July 2011 before meeting five months later and getting married.
The star said she was “really unhappy” and in an “unhealthy relationship” and didn’t want her kids to think she was “normal” through page six.
In 2009, Jay, now 39, called her publicist to ask if she could fly her to Chicago and take her on a date; She had left him at the time because she was filming The Hills and she didn’t want a boyfriend in Chicago.
A year later, in 2010, he was given tickets to a Chicago Bears preseason game and introduced to the athlete and the duo began a romance soon after.
They dated for 10 months before he proposed to her in April 2011; they called off their engagement in July, but reunited in December of that same year.
She said: “It’s hard to find people who have the same goals, especially when they’re younger and want to start a family.”
They were married on June 8, 2013 in Nashville, Tennessee; they announced their separation in April 2020 and their divorce was finalized last month after 10 years together.
He played with the Bears from 2009 to 2016 and one year with the Miami Dolphins in 2017; After 11 seasons in the NFL, Jay announced his retirement from the league in 2017.
During the podcast, Kristin opened up about calling off her engagement and breaking up.
‘Basically I called from the compromise [for] the same reason I got divorced, so I guess if there’s anything to learn, it’s that you can’t ignore the red flags,” she told Call Your Daddy podcast host Alexandra Cooper.

“I was 23 years old when I met Jay, I was a baby and at that point in my life, getting married and having children was the natural next step. I got everything out of my system and I don’t regret a thing and I’m grateful for our time together,” she said on the podcast, via too fabulous.
She continued: ‘I just think, now I’m so different in dating and I see a mile away. And now it’s like “No, I’m not going to put up with that.” It’s a big turn off instead of being, “Maybe he’ll change, I can fix him.”
The star has been linked to Chase Rice, Jeff Dye and Tyler Cameron since the split, but has previously said she enjoys “being alone.”
