Jodi Gordon Hints At An Exciting Return To Ramsay Street During New Interview
Jodi Gordon teases a possible return to Neighbors ahead of the show’s Amazon revival: ‘Talks are happening!’
One of the Neighbors’ hottest stars could return to Ramsay Street for the show’s reboot this year.
Jodi Gordon dropped a big hint about her return to acting during an appearance at Studio 10 on Wednesday.
While speaking with co-hosts Angela Bishop, Tristan MacManus and Narelda Jacobs, the 38-year-old revealed that her involvement could soon become a reality for fans.
“There are conversations, I say it with a big smile on my face,” he said.
Jodi played Elly Conway in a recurring role on the popular soap opera from 2016 to 2022.

Neighbors will be revived on Amazon’s Freevee just a few months after its cancellation last year.
Daily Mail Australia reported in January that cast members Stefan Dennis (Paul Robinson), Alan Fletcher (Dr Karl Kennedy) and Jackie Woodburne (Susan Kennedy) had not been told when filming would begin on the new series.
At the time, a well-placed production source let slip that the cast was unsure of their roles, how they would fit into the upcoming story, and their future on the show.
According to the source, Stefan Dennis was told that he could not commit to other projects.
The 38-year-old revealed that her involvement could soon become a reality for fans and “talks” have ensued.
“He was planning to go on tour with his music and also had to put his musical theater stuff on hold,” they added.
Both the cast and crew were reportedly told the reboot would kick off in early 2023, but no concrete date had been set.
The original series was canceled in March 2022, only to be confirmed for a November revival.
In a mid-November press release, Fremantle Australia CEO Greg Woods said the writers would start plotting new stories immediately.
“There are conversations going on, I say that with a big smile on my face,” he said on the show.
