Kim Kardashian’s alleged stalker ‘BREAKS restraining order and reaches her gated community before being arrested’

The alleged stalker of Kim Kardashian is alleged to have broken his temporary restraining order and managed to enter his gated community before being arrested on Friday.

Law enforcement experts said TMZ that the man, whose name is Jomoine Victor Zigler, advanced quite close to the Kardashian house.

Although he allegedly failed to set foot on his property, Kardashian, 42, called authorities and was taken into custody by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.

Zigler was then allegedly arrested and booked on a misdemeanor violation of a protective order.

The reality star was served with a temporary restraining order last month against Zigler, who said he showed up at her house on more than one occasion, called her his wife and sent her a diamond ring, among other unwanted gestures.

Kardashian said in court documents reviewed by TMZ that Zigler initially began contacting her in December.

She told the court through her lawyer Shawn Holley that security stopped Zigler, 28, when she went to her house numerous times, and posted profane messages about her online while his wife called her.

Kardashian said Zigler also sent items to her residence, such as the ring and hotel room keys, and that she has a criminal record involving weapons and threats.

The mother-of-four told the court that she has suffered emotional distress amid the accumulation of unwanted attention from Zigler. A hearing on the matter was scheduled for this month.

Kardashian was served with a five-year restraining order in December against a man named Andre Persaud, who said he could connect “telepathically” with the reality star. TMZ informed.

She told the court that Persaud, whom she had never met, had appeared at her home three times in August 2022 and that she feared the situation could escalate into violence.

A Los Angeles judge ordered Persaud not to contact Kardashian, to come within 100 yards of her, to possess or possess firearms, and to turn over any he had to authorities.

Khloe Kardashian also opened up about the unwanted attention on a 2017 episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, when she and her half-sister Kendall Jenner visited a shooting range to practice shooting but ultimately didn’t buy firearms.
