Zara Deniz from Love Island cleans up the dirt from her kiss with Usain Bolt in a London nightclub

She was kicked out of the Love Island villa last week after a tumultuous trip.

And during her time in the villa, Zara Deniz revealed her claim to fame when she told her fellow islanders that she had once kissed Olympian Usain Bolt.

Now back in the UK, the stranded islander, 25, has revealed more details of the kiss as she recalls spending time with the jock in the VIP section of a nightclub.

Speaking to BBC Radio 1Xtra’s Fee Mak on Sunday, Zara recalled ‘having a little kiss’ with Usain, 36, after he spotted her on the dance floor.

Adding that the record-holding runner was even interested in her accompanying him to an after party, the reality star admitted that she turned down the offer.

Zara dropped Usain’s name in a Never Have I Ever play during her time in the villa, when islanders were asked to drink if they had ever “hung up” or dated any celebrities.

And this weekend, he revealed that the encounter took place at the DSTRKT nightclub, which closed about 5 years ago when radio host Fee investigated the kiss.

“We were walking out the door and a security guard stopped me and said, ‘You’ve been asked for VIP.’ And I was like “VIP for who?”. They then literally announced as he was saying it, “Usain Bolt is in the building!” I was like “what?!”, I thought it was so random,” he explained.

Zara, who is a property manager, continued: “So he said, ‘Yeah, Usain Bolt loves you, he saw you in the crowd and he’d like you to be in VIP. So my friend and I made our way there.

“I was in the DJ booth, we were literally having a blast, there were drinks, there was a pretty chill, friendly vibe.” And then he put me on the couch.

The blonde-haired beauty added that she later shared a kiss with Usain after he told her she was ‘beautiful’.

Zara also told Fee that Usain asked her if she wanted to have an ‘after party’, but she said ‘absolutely not’.

It left fans confused as they watched the game play on screen, all the while scratching their heads over how it was carried out.

Usain has been in a long relationship with his partner and mother of his three children, Kasi Bennett, for eight years.

Taking to Twitter to address the confusing timeline, one fan noted: ‘I swear Usain Bolt has girls for the long haul? So when did he and Zara’s lips do it?

Another echoed: “Usain Bolt has been with his fiancée for 8 years and Zara is only 25 so she was either a teenager when she kissed him or she’s a homewrecker.”

A third agreed, writing: ‘Pause, Zara said she kissed Usain Bolt…so he cheated on his longtime partner with Zara? Or what bc… neither timeline makes sense #loveisland’.

While a fourth added: ‘Zara is 25 and Usain Bolt has been in a relationship for 7 years, how is that working out?’

And a fifth said: ‘Usain Bolt has been with his partner since 2014… Zara is 25 years old. So are we saying that she was 16 and he was 27?’

Zara may be fresh out of the villa, but she hasn’t ruled out a return by any means.

Speaking on Capital Radio, he said: ‘I don’t mind going back to Casa Amor. I’d be up for it. I think it would be great, but that’s all… I wouldn’t say no.

‘You are welcome. I mean, I need to find a man, right? I want to find a man, but I don’t need a man.

Zara joined the village like a bombshell and initially took Ron Hall out on a date, before her head turned to Tom Clare.

But eventually, she stayed single after the romance fizzled out, leaving her vulnerable and she eventually left the villa.
