Nathan Jones admitted he is feeling the pressure after another poor performance for Southampton which resulted in defeat.
Despite taking the lead against Wolves, the Saints were unable to hold on and fell to a 2-1 home defeat.
The Saints played against 10 men for over an hour as they were unable to capitalize on Wolves’ one-man deficit.
Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Jones said: “I couldn’t feel any more pressure than I’ve had this week.” We have to keep fighting.
Jones’s team are at the bottom of the Premier League and have so far been uninspired under Jones’ management.

Jones continued: ‘I’m really disappointed and frustrated. We created chances and looked like a proper team in the first half. We should be in control of the game with 10 men.’
Mario Lemina was shown a red card after just 27 minutes following a controversial second yellow card for allegedly ‘aggressively running towards referee Jarred Gillett’.
Southampton failed to take advantage of this, leaving Jones to botch a missed chance to climb up the table.
Jones said: ‘We have to show a little more quality and killer instinct.
‘We had 17 shots. We had a glorious chance to go up 2-0. When we don’t take risks and put our balls over the crossbar, it’s always going to be difficult.”
Joao Gomes made matters worse for Jones by scoring a late winner for the visitors.
Southampton host Chelsea in their next Premier League match as they look to bounce back from their fight against relegation.
Many Southampton fans are not happy with Jones’ tenure as boss and have started protesting.
