Now, the veteran judge has revealed how much the radio shock jock has changed since he had his first child.
Sandilands and his fiancee Tegan Kynaston, 36, welcomed their first child, Otto, on August 11 last year.

Henderson, who is Otto’s godmother, shed tears of joy when she declared: ‘Otto is born!’
Sandilands then gave a rather graphic update on the birth, telling ‘intern’ Peter Deppeler live in the hospital car park: ‘Otto is born, he’s fabulous. I cut the cord.
“I didn’t realize it was like hard squid and oozing blood.”
