Emma, wife of Geordie Shore star Gary Beadle, praises doctors after undergoing heart surgery
Geordie Shore star Gary Beadle’s wife, Emma, thanked doctors in an Instagram post on Wednesday after undergoing surgery to repair three holes in her heart and a valve.
Emma, 30, who has had a birth defect, said she was grateful to the doctors because they had given her a new life to enjoy with her children Chester, five, and Primrose, three.
The mother of two shared a photo of herself in hospital, writing: ‘#HeartMonth came into this month with a healthy heart, I will never be able to thank my surgeon, doctors, nurses and everyone else involved.
‘I had 2 small holes, 1 large hole and my tricuspid valve was repaired. They have given me a new life to enjoy with my babies and they really don’t get the credit they deserve.
“I’ve come this far since this photo 2 weeks ago right after this one was taken I was crying and throwing up unable to move my brother and mom just swapping buckets under my chin.

She continued: “On day 2 I was crying in pain trying to take a deep breath and cough, on day 3 asking how I could get out of bed.” Here I am now, I left the house yesterday and saw the children playing outside on their bikes and I have never been happier.
“Don’t get me wrong, I’m yo-yoing like you can’t believe it, my emotions are so up and down, it’s going to be a slow recovery, but I’m so excited to see where I am in a few months.” time.’
It comes after Gary revealed in January that one of Emma’s lungs had collapsed after surgery.
Describing the terrifying health issue, Gary explained that Emma was told by doctors that her lung had collapsed after the surgery initially went well.
Sharing a photo from the hospital, Gary told his followers that Emma was on oxygen to “try to get it back over the weekend.”
In her caption, she wrote: “Emma, even today [sic] the news 1 that her lungs have collapsed…hasn’t slowed her down one bit.’
‘When I entered [to see her] she got up herself and walked to the bathroom… which is just amazing.’
He added: ‘[S]He’s just blowing it away and we’re so proud.’

Emma and Gary got married in 2021 in Cheshire with an attendance of 90 people.
They revealed at the time that the event was overwhelming for their children, who had spent much of their lives in lockdown due to the coronavirus.
emma said OK! magazine at the time: ‘The whole event was a bit overwhelming for Chester and Primrose. They had never been in an environment with so many adults before, especially with the lockdown and all.
“They were supposed to walk down the aisle with my man of honor, Joe, but they were struggling with it, so in the end my dad carried Prim, who gave it to Gary, and I carried Chester, who was a Little annoying, down the hall.

Gary claimed that they would not have wanted a wedding any other way.
He said: ‘We had to do it. Remember, due to the last 18 months, they have only known our house and their day care centers, so it is not normal for them.
And we are not the type of people who would leave them with others if they are crying.
If they want us for their comfort, we’ll be there no matter what. Even if we are in the middle of getting married! I always knew Emma would look amazing.
“I always thought I would cry when I first saw her walking down the hall, and I would have if she had been alone, but actually I kept wondering if Chester was okay!”

The couple have been together for five years and got engaged in 2019.
Emma celebrated her hen party in Manchester, seen wearing a jeweled sailor hat emblazoned with the word ‘bride’.
Gaz previously told her followers when the couple expected to get married.
When asked, he told his Instagram followers: “Julio looks good with restraints etc.”
The nuptials came after Emma first revealed that she would be undergoing a surgical procedure after finding out she had a heart condition.

Taking to Instagram in April 2021, Emma revealed the condition when a follower asked her how she manages to stay slim while eating chocolate.
Emma replied: ‘I’m actually trying to gain weight, but it’s pretty impossible.
“I have a heart condition that we recently found out about and that has a lot to do with it. I wouldn’t choose to be that skinny, I’d love to have a butt and some curves!’
Emma later said she was scheduled to have an angiogram, but didn’t have a date yet.
She wrote: ‘I am. My next appointment is a dye in my arteries. I just googled it’s called an angiogram.
‘Honestly, my head is baffled right now with all of this. But I will update when I have a date etc.
An angiogram is an X-ray procedure that evaluates blockages in the arterial system.
