While living in Southern California on her farm, the singer maintains her disciplined lifestyle and works out every day.

She said; I like to be strong. I identify with my core, my intuition and my strength. I have big, wide feet, and I joke, ‘They’re better for kicking you around.’ I am short, glued to the ground, fast and agile.

The star, who underwent double disc and hip replacement surgery in his back last year, also detailed how he underwent a two-week program at SHA Wellness Clinic in Alicante, Spain, where he followed the anti-inflammatory Kushi diet.

This saw the star eat a diet filled with vegetables, beans, and whole grains, with apple cider vinegar mixed with water at every meal.

Hart said he was halfway through the antibiotic course he’s undergoing and liked Fox Racing Moto’s new training lineup, adding: ‘Look at all their men’s and women’s tech gear! things are legit.

Hart concluded the post by saying, “No excuses people, you got this. Chase him, give him 100%’.

Hart explained her medical situation in detail last month, when she posted a trio of images of taking antibiotics from a home medicine cabinet and what her chest looks like with the catheter and wires in place.

He said he found out ‘a couple of days before Christmas’ that he had ‘an infection on some old hardware in [his] body’, leading to a stressful Christmas season.

“I have this tunneled catheter installed in my chest,” Hart said. ‘Now, for the next 41 days, I have to inject myself with antibiotics to knock this fool out.

I can handle a bone sticking out of my skin, but this catheter is definitely stressful. I wonder if I can push a little caffeine through it? It’s a joke.’

Hart, who recently celebrated his 17th anniversary with the Get the Party Started artist, said extensive medical care was not how he wanted to start the new year, but he is “grateful that he found himself and that modern medicine has the tools to deal with it. .’

He ended by saying, ‘It’s going to be a long 6 weeks, but I’ve got this. Coming back better and stronger. Take care everyone and stay healthy!’
