Co-host Judge Jeanine Pirro called the move “hypocrisy”, making his fans “work all day to pay to see him give his speech.”

‘Why would you bother paying the $95?’ she asked. “You can watch them for free all day on C-Span.”

Greg Gutfeld also criticized the senator for charging anything since Sanders promotes socialism.

“The entrance should be free or at least force the public to pay for the tickets of the other half,” he joked on the program. ‘Or maybe more than 20 percent should pay the remaining 80 percent, so the prices are like $500 per person and everyone else is free. So the people who paid the $500 have to be next to the eight people who didn’t pay anything.

But the most embarrassing thing about this is that you are working with Ticketmaster. This is 2023. Ticketmaster? What’s that?’ he said.

On Fox News' The Five, Sanders drew heavy criticism, including one host who suggested that tickets should be free or that 20 percent of the audience should be a hefty fee to allow 80 percent to attend for free while the audience is on. senator promotes socialism.

Another Twitter user wrote: ‘Bernie Sanders is selling tickets for his book tour. His book is called “It’s OK to be angry at capitalism.” Read it as many times as it takes to understand how silly it is.

Travis Akers wrote: “To promote his new book It’s OK to be Angry at Capitalism, Senator Bernie Sanders is selling tickets for his book tour on Ticketmaster, just a week after his strong criticism of the company.”
