The Princess of Wales ignored the whistling of wolves when she visited Yorkshire today.
Kate seemed to hear the distinctive two-note salute as she waved and smiled at the crowd that gathered at Leeds Kirkgate Market to see her.
The wolf whistle seemed to register with the queen-to-be, but she politely ignored it and continued walking past the stalls to the launch of their new early years campaign.
The royal did not appear offended, but the incident came just weeks after she learned that wwhistling to oneself could be made illegal under a new offense of street harassment, with sentences of up to two years in prison.
