Reese Witherspoon and Ashton Kutcher had a little fun talking about their dramatic height difference on Monday.

First, the 5-foot-1 blonde beauty glanced at the 6-foot-2 former model before he cringed to her height by bending his knees.

The stars attended the photo call at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles for their new romantic comedy film Your Place Or Mine, which opens on February 10.

Witherspoon wore a very flirty short dark dress with stilettos that added another four inches to her height.

Her honey blonde hair was worn to her shoulders as she added a gold necklace and hoop earrings.

Ashton was more casual in a jean jacket over a white T-shirt and dark beige pants with brown leather shoes.

At one point they held hands as she watched him.

Mila Kunis’ husband then crouched down at her eye level, which made her laugh.

This comes a week after the trailer for his movie was released.

Witherspoon gets caught up in a love triangle with Kutcher and Jesse Williams after declaring her love life a “ghost town.”

After her character, Debbie, swaps lives with her best friend, Peter (Kutcher), she makes the most of her week off in New York City as she embarks on a steamy romance with a handsome man named Theo (Williams).

Despite initially hesitating to let Peter care for her son so she can have a “break”, Debbie finds herself living her dream after meeting a hunky stranger at a bar.

As she enjoys her freedom, Peter admits that he has been harboring feelings for Debbie since they met over two decades ago.

While Debbie and Peter’s initial one-night stand grew into a friendship, he told one of his co-workers that it was more for him.

“You have to tell him,” Debbie’s friend encourages her as he insists that “it’s too late.”

In a good mood: Ashton ran over to his co-stars, which also included Aline Brosh McKenna and Wesley Kimmel

The footage then shows him checking on Debbie on his home camera, connected to his phone, which shows her partially nude as Theo carries her in his arms.

Seeing her with someone else makes him quickly throw his phone across the room.

Later in the preview, Debbie discovers that Peter had kept letters and other memorabilia from their friendship.

Peter isn’t interested in me like that, is he? Debbie wondered aloud before going on a date with Theo, who feels they should ‘see what’ ‘could be’.

The official description of the film reads: ‘She longs for the routine with her son in Los Angeles; he thrives on change in New York. When they swap houses and lives for a week, they discover that what they want might not be what they really need.’

The film is from writer-director Aline Brosh McKenna (Devil Wears Prada, My Crazy Ex-Girlfriend).

Jason Bateman serves as an executive producer on the film with Michael Costigan and Lauren Neustadter, along with Witherspoon herself and writer-director McKenna.
