Christine McGuinness Doesn’t Rule Out Dating And Admits Celebrities Have Sent Her Flirty DMs

Christine McGuinness has admitted that she is ‘open’ to dating this year and confessed that she has received flirty messages from mysterious celebrities.

The 34-year-old television personality, who split from her husband Paddy last year, said anonymous stars slipped into her direct messages but she hasn’t been “interested” in looking for anything.

Christine and Paddy announced they had separated in July after 11 years of marriage, but later said they had called it quits earlier in the year.

speaking to SunChristine said of the mystery stars who sent her flirty DMs: ‘It’s really been quite fascinating, I won’t mention the names of the celebrities, I was shocked.

“They’re like, ‘Hey, do you want to go out?’ I don’t reply, I’m not interested, that’s not what I’m there for, and if you message me through Instagram, that’s not how I want to meet someone.”

Christine went on to confess that she’s “open” to start dating this year, but said she’s not in “very much of a rush” to start a new relationship.

‘I’m open to it this year, but I have time, we’ll see what happens. It’s really not something I have on my radar,” she said.

In December, a profile posing as Christine appeared on the celebrity dating app Raya, sparking speculation that she had decided to start dating.

However, Christine clarified that the profile wasn’t actually hers “this time” and admitted that she wouldn’t know “where to start” with using the app.

It comes after Christine and Paddy publicly announced their separation last July, after ending their relationship in private earlier in the year.

They currently still live together and have not told their children, twins Penelope and Leo, nine, and daughter Felicity, seven, about their separation.

Christine recently said that she doesn’t want ‘dramatic’ changes for her children and still wants them to remain a loving and happy family.

She told The Mirror: “We don’t want dramatic changes overnight, so it’s going to be a slow process, we don’t really know what the future holds.”

Despite their breakup after 11 years of marriage, the recently estranged couple enjoyed a festive family vacation with their three children.

speaking to OKAY! Magazine On the split, Christine shared: ‘We’re friendly. I am very happy that he is there with the children and it is good for them to see that mom and dad are doing well. We can sit down and have a cup of tea together and that’s fine.’
