Dawson’s Creek Star Kerr Smith Reveals He’s ‘Working’ On A Spinoff Of The Classic ’90s Teen Series

Kerr Smith has revealed that he is working on a Dawson’s Creek spin-off with some of his former co-stars.

The 50-year-old actor announced that a script has focused on his ’90s character Jack, and it will be set in the fictional town of Capeside.

Talking with the morning program co-hosts Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies on Friday, the former teen star didn’t reveal too much about what she’s working on, as it was still in its “early stages.”

Kerr Smith has revealed that he is working on a Dawson’s Creek spin-off with some of his former co-stars.

“I’m working on a spin-off,” he revealed. “Me and a couple other cast members are working on something.”

Emdur tried to press the Hollywood star for more details, but Smith kept quiet.

‘No one will see this in the United States. So is there something going on? Emdur asked.

“Not in the works,” Smith replied. ‘It’s very preliminary right now. But something has been written and we are trying to do it.’

The Riverdale star also hinted that there might be some cameos from his former castmates.

‘We’ll see. We’ll see what those guys want to do in terms of cameos,” she said.

In addition to sharing the photos, the Batman Begins actress penned some moving words to accompany one of the shots.
