Irina Shayk storms the runway for Thierry Mugler’s Paris Fashion Week show

Irina Shayk was serious when she took the runway for Thierry Mugler’s Paris Fashion Week show on Thursday.

The 37-year-old model looked amazing in an off-the-shoulder black mini dress from the fashion designer’s 2023 Haute Couture collection.

It’s been a busy week for Irina, who has modeled for Ludovic de Saint Sernin and Schiaparelli.

Showing that she’s every inch a style comedian, Irina emulated high-octane glamor in the corset minidress that had an extravagant bow train down the side.

The model strutted down the runway in knee-high heeled boots while her dark hair was swept back in a ponytail.

Sporting a red lip, Irina kept her poker face on as she strutted down the runway alongside Shalom Harlow, Eva Herzigova and Amber Valletta.

Behind the scenes, Irina shared a laugh with Shalom after showing off the designer edit to the world.

Irina rose to fame walking for many major fashion brands and becoming the face of the lingerie brand Intimissimi in 2007.

Thierry Mugler’s latest collection was replete with structured corsets, satin lacing and daring cut-out details.

Model Behaviour: Eva appeared in her element as she staggered down the runway with her hand on her hip.

In the 1970s, Mugler launched his eponymous fashion house; and he quickly rose to fame in the decades that followed for his avant-garde and theatrical approach to couture.

Early in his career, he designed signature looks for Michael Jackson, Madonna, and Grace Jones.

Mugler created what was dubbed ‘the most famous dress of the 1990s’: the Demi Moore dress from the 1993 film Indecent Proposal.

The fashion show comes before Irina made her big return to the cover of Vogue Spain, which she first headlined in 2013.

Captured by Elizaveta Porodina, the 37-year-old Russian supermodel treated the camera to an enticing stare.

During an interview with fashion magazineIrina said: ‘I think fashion has totally changed in the last five years.’

“And part of that process is accepting that women are beautiful long after they’re 20.”

Irina insisted: ‘We must celebrate and support that variety. I just turned 37 years old. I don’t think I have to reach a certain age where I’m considered finished.

He cited the Supermodels of the 1990s, the number of which includes Cindy Crawford, who remains a glamor icon at the age of 56.

Irina, who shares five-year-old daughter Lea De Seine with Bradley Cooper, said the vintage supermodels “all work and are fantastic.”
