Lauren Goodger attended a holistic “healing” session on Wednesday after a difficult year that included the tragic loss of her young daughter Lorena.
The former TOWIE star, 36, took to her Instagram Stories to give insight into her energetic “healing” while posting a short clip from the shoot.
In the video, shared to Instagram by Holistic Guidance, Lauren could be seen lying down with her eyes closed and a crystal placed on her forehead.

The practitioner appeared to be doing reiki on Lauren, which is a Japanese form of energy “healing” for stress reduction and relaxation.
In text printed on the video, the company wrote: “Healing is a journey, not a destination. The more we heal, the more we chase our dreams.
Sharing the video to her own Stories, Lauren admitted she was “exhausted” and thanked Holistic Guidance for the treatment.

Speaking to MailOnline at The Inspiration Awards in London last week, Lauren reflected on the “massive trauma” she’s been through in the last 12 months.
She said: “I’ve been through massive trauma, I’m not going to sugarcoat it, but everyone knows it and I feel like one day I want to inspire other women.”
Lauren said she finds her strength in being a mother to her daughter Larose, whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend Charles Drury.
Their relationship is understood to have ended acrimoniously last year, and at the funeral of their second daughter, Lorena, Lauren is alleged to have been attacked. Charles, 25, was later arrested and released on bail following the incident.

She said: ‘Larose, my daughter, I think being a mother to the most incredible baby girl I’ve ever had in my life.
‘Like, she’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me. And I am a very strong person. I’ve been through a lot. And I feel like I want to be there…
I am strong, independent and I want to inspire girls and other mothers who are going through similar things. And you know, everything happens for a reason and I just don’t like it… life goes on.
