Ex On The Beach star Laura Alicia Summer revealed she was rushed to hospital on Monday due to a terrifying allergic reaction that left her struggling to breathe.

The reality show star, 38, said things got “scary” after she was unable to breathe and battled asthma after her face became swollen.

Sharing a series of images, Laura told her followers: ‘So today was a really bad day. I woke up and out of nowhere my face had started to swell and burn and it wouldn’t stop.

“Things got really scary when I couldn’t breathe properly and my asthma was on the rise, so I rushed to the ER.”

Laura, who appeared on the third season of the hit MTV show, added: “I was seen very quickly, which was unbelievable and I had to stay for eight hours for observation and lots of steroids, anti-inflammatories and antihistamines through a drip.”

‘After waiting over nine months to see the dermatologist, I am now on the two week waiting list to see the emergency. Urgent Care, Dermatologist.

‘I was on this list before Christmas, and it never happened. I will literally camp outside the hospital when they see me if I don’t get this appointment in the next two weeks.

Laura added: ‘I’ve tried to be as positive as I figure out what the hell is going on with my body, but this affects every aspect of my life.

‘It’s really starting to get to me. Especially since I’m so fucking vain.

Laura appeared in Botched Bodies in 2017 and has spent a colossal £500,000 on fifty cosmetic procedures including eight breast surgeries, seven nose jobs and three butt lifts.

After being bullied and attacked at school for her appearance, Laura, from Manchester, had her first plastic surgery when she was just 18 and underwent breast augmentation.

She said in 2019; ‘Cosmetic surgery is like a drug. It’s very addictive, but in a good way,” she told the Manchester Evening News. ‘It’s not for everyone, but it has improved my life in every way.’

‘People change cars every two years, why not also change bodywork? I’ve probably had more than half a million pounds operated on. I’ve had 50 operations, but I’ve always been open and honest about it.’

Laura was mentally and physically bullied at school, and the reality star even ended up in hospital with broken ribs and a dislocated jaw at the age of 13 after being ambushed by five boys.

After the horrific attack, her concerned parents took her out of school and enrolled her in a college course.

With very little confidence and feeling extremely unhappy, Laura, who just wanted to look like Barbie, started saving for her first boob job when she was just 15 years old.

He dated Katie Price’s ex Kieran Hayler in 2012 and planned to spend £100,000 on surgery to look like Katie in order to win him back, but it didn’t come to pass.

Speaking on Channel 5’s documentary Celebrity Botched Bodies in 2017, the TV personality said her father then offered her a choice, whether it was having a car or the boob job of her dreams, that would be the first of many.

“Obviously I chose breast surgery,” she said. ‘I had waited a good seven years for that boob job, she was number one on my list.

‘The first breast surgery I had was amazing. I would definitely say I became addicted at that point because it wasn’t just the way I felt about myself, but also the reactions of other people who hadn’t seen you in a long time.’

Despite her happiness, Laura, who was born intersex, admitted that not all of her operations have been successful and cautioned others to be careful when deciding on plastic surgery and always go somewhere you trust.

After her first operation, Laura had problems with her implants after one deflated. She later corrected them, but ended up with a lumpy chest before they fixed it in 2017.

At 25, just seven years since her first operation, Laura estimates she had already spent £120,000.

But Laura’s looks haven’t always been praised, and social media trolls often criticize the reality star and her looks.

However, she explained that she refuses to let other people make her unhappy again and simply prevents haters from commenting on her Instagram account, where she posts risqué photos.

And while she might be happy with her appearance now, Laura has confessed that it’s never enough and she’ll always be looking for ways to enhance her figure.

“I think I’m definitely going to get a face lift,” she revealed. ‘Maybe in five years, before I’m 40. I’m not going to age gracefully. You might even get another butt lift. You have a life. I’m too laid back for things like that. It is my life, my body and it makes me happy.’
