In a recent court filing, Michel claimed that his ongoing legal battle with Lisa Marie over their separation had cost him more than $1 million in legal fees and that he was considering bankruptcy.
He was seeking $40,000 a month in child support and insisted that she had more money than she claimed in court documents.
The final agreement was not made public, but days after the agreement, Michael remarried while marrying Stephanie Hobgood.
Last year, he had taken Lisa Marie to court alleging that he had money from a $1 million book advance, funds from the Golden Globe-winning Elvis movie and a trust he believed Lisa Marie controlled.
He also claimed that Lisa Marie still had an interest in Graceland, as well as a hotel on the property.

After their separation, Lisa Marie begged a judge to ‘officially declare her single’ from her estranged husband after five years apart from Michael, who refused to divorce.
She said there was “no hope” for the couple to reconcile and she wanted to “move on” with her life. The couple was embroiled in a bitter divorce for more than five years.
