A heavily tattooed ex-bikie has faced off in court as he vows to fight charges that he supplied methamphetamine and threatened a man with a knife.

Troy Fornaciari, former chairman of the Finks Outlaw Motorcycle Gang South Coast Chapter, was in Wollongong Local Court on Wednesday, where he pleaded not guilty to charges which police say took place in Dapto, south of Sydney, last year. .

Fornaciari, 38, is known for his bold facial tattoo, which includes the words ‘not guilty’ on one cheek, ‘Gods Hands’ written across his chin and the words ‘tuff love’ tattooed across his eyelids.

The father-of-two faced the court via audiovisual link from the South Coast Correctional Center on Wednesday, where he has been since his arrest in May 2022.

Defense attorney Justine Hall, on behalf of Fornaciari, pleaded not guilty to commercial drug supply, use of an offensive weapon in company, injury and intimidation.

A fifth charge was dropped and dismissed.

Police tracked down Fornaciari and his co-defendant five days later and arrested them at a unit in Liverpool, western Sydney.

Police will allege that their investigation also revealed that Fornaciari had been involved in the supply of 250 grams of methamphetamine between Sydney and Wollongong in the month before his arrest.

Justice Claire Girotto sent the matter to trial, stating that a brief of evidence had been delivered and no witnesses would be required.

Fornaciari seemed to be at peace with the magistrate’s ruling and told her ‘thank you miss, have a beautiful day’.
