Captain Sandy Yawn fires lower deck stew Camille Lamb for drunken party

Captain Sandy Yawn fires Camille Lamb in the latest episode after a drunken party took her away from her duties

Below Deck fans are saying goodbye to Camille Lamb after she was kicked out on Monday night’s episode of the reality series Bravo.

Camille was fired by acting captain Sandy Yawn after she drank on the job and spent a night out before a big day.

His firing followed a big fight he had with another stew, Alissa Humber.

“I don’t know how many more chances I can give,” a frustrated Chief Stew Fraser Olender said in a confessional interview after he was forced to denounce Camille’s behavior, via ME! News.

Although he was willing to call Camille, Fraser admitted that he was still fond of her.

‘I have hope in people, and no one believed in me, ever, and I changed things by myself. So I feel like I can see a little bit of that in everyone. So I’ll always give another chance,’ he continued.

But Camille seemed disrespectful to her coworkers when she relaxed with a big drink, even as the rest of the crew was hard at work preparing the ship a day before a new letter.

“You don’t drink at work, Camille,” Fraser said as he faced her. Come on, baby, it’s not a vacation. Ridiculous.’

Bad timing: Camille was also on thin ice after getting into a shouting match with colleague Alissa Humber earlier in the season, which made guests who witnessed it uncomfortable.

The ‘pint-sized glass of champagne’ of the troublesome stew was the final straw when it came to Camille’s future on the ship, as Fraser added that it ‘just shows that there really is no interest or will to do the job’.

To make matters worse, the St. David’s cabins hadn’t been properly prepared, but Camille still felt she had time to drink.

It seemed like she was setting herself up for failure on the day of the charter as well, as she continued to drink and party in her cabin late into the night, indicating that she probably wouldn’t be properly prepared the next day.

“I love the girl, but she’s not doing the job,” said an exasperated Fraser.

When talking to Captain Sandy about Camille’s behavior, she agreed that the stew was becoming a distraction for the St. David’s.

“I’m tired of hearing about Camille,” the caption complained. ‘She is the common denominator in all of this. Great girl, great personality, but at the same time we have to do what’s best for the boat.’

Not Prepared: Chief Stew Fraser Olender caught Camille drinking, then realized she was partying in her room late into the night before the charter flight was supposed to start.

Camille didn’t seem to see her expulsion coming before she was called to the bridge for Captain Sandy to give her her walking papers.

‘My God, no! In fact?’ she said after hearing the news.

“I’m letting you go this morning,” Sandy continued.

Camille was already on thin ice after Captain Sandy had to separate her and stew Alissa Humber after the two started yelling at each other in front of obviously uncomfortable guests chartering the boat.

“That can never happen on a ship I’m running,” Sandy said as she confronted Camille over a post-confrontation meal. Both will be fired if that happens again.

It's final: 'I'm letting you go this morning,' Captain Sandy told her after calling her to the St. David's bridge. He previously threatened to fire her from her for the fight with Alissa.
