A body was discovered after a residential unit above a store burst into flames, prompting police to set up a crime scene.
Fire crews rushed to the flat above Sunshine Dry Cleaners, on Glengala Road in Melbourne’s Sunshine West at around 4:20pm on Tuesday.
The body was located inside the house above the store front and a man was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, police said.
Police and fire investigators are working to find out the cause.
