Selena Gomez has shut down body shaming comments on Saturday after attending the 2023 Golden Globes.

The 30-year-old actress was nominated for Best Television Actress – Musical/Comedy Series for Only Murders In The Building, but lost to Quinta Brunson at Abbott Elementary.

But the singer received comments from online trolls about her physical appearance while posing for cameras at the event.

During an Instagram Live video, Selena addressed critics while chatting with her 9-year-old sister, Gracie Elliott Teefey.

She told her followers, “I’m a little old right now because I had fun over the holidays,” before turning her head to Gracie and asking her opinion, “right?”

After Gracie seemed to agree with her, Selena said, “But we don’t care,” before bursting out laughing.
