Trans teacher with Z-cup prosthetic breasts could have to stop wearing them to school

The transgender high school teacher in Canada who went viral for her Z-cup prosthetic breasts could be asked to tone down her outfit.
Kayla Lemieux, formerly known as Kerry, wears extra-large breasts with artificial nipples under form-fitting tops, along with flexible shorts and a blonde wig. She teaches at Oakville Trafalgar High School, near Toronto in Ontario.
But she may soon be forced to stop wearing her controversial outfit after the Halton District School Board directed staff to develop a “professional dress standards” policy during a meeting on Jan. 3.
Students and parents have raised concerns about Lemieux’s clothing, saying it “makes a mockery of women and the educational experience.” So far, the board has supported her decision to dress herself that way, and in December it emerged that students had been threatened with suspension if they took photos of her.
Canadian transgender high school teacher Kayla Lemieux, formerly known as Kerry, made headlines around the world after photos and videos of her wearing Z-cup prosthetic breasts went viral. She might be asked to tone down her outfit.
Resolved that the Director [of Education Curtis Ennis] develop a professionalism policy that outlines HDSB’s expectations of all staff members, including the requirement to maintain appropriate and professional standards of dress and decorum in the classroom,’ the unanimous motion said, according to the toronto sun.
The report is expected to be completed next month, but until then, Lemieux will be able to continue to dress as seen in various videos and viral images from inside the classroom, hallways, skydiving, or walking around with a boot in a cast on his foot afterward. of suffering an unknown injury.
While the instructor was seen teaching at several other HDSB schools in December, the educator was not seen last week, when students returned after Christmas break.
Calling for ‘appropriate’ and ‘professional’ dress and ‘property’ is a departure from November when Sari Taha, the school board’s superintendent of human resources, warned that ‘implementing a formal dress code for staff or grooming standards it would probably expose the board to considerable liability.’
He said that even if “a dress code is implemented for non-discriminatory reasons, it is likely to be considered discriminatory when it adversely affects an employee or group or employees based on their reasons protected by the code.”
In November, Lemieux was photographed skydiving with a male porn star named Voodoo, whose real name is Alexandre Boisvert.
Voodoo said he was only focused on jumping out of the plane and that discussing his personal feelings about transgender people with Lemieux would be counterproductive to his safety.
Ontario Education Minister Stephen Lecce told the outlet in December that he had challenged the board to do something.
“I think the bottom line and our position is that when the kids are in charge of the staff, we expect them to maintain the highest standards of professionalism,” Lecce said last month.
‘Many families in the community have expressed deep concern with the handling of this issue, so we reaffirm our expectation, with school boards, as employers, that they act in the best interests of children and listen to the voices and families of children. own children in various schools.’
While the HDSB appears to have acted, Ennis has questioned whether the board has a commitment to human rights.
‘HDSB’s commitment to human rights remains rooted in our core values and commitment to each and every student and staff who identify as a member of a neglected and underrepresented group, and our approach is informed by the views of major human rights labor law firms and equity advisors,’ Ennis said at last week’s meeting.
“This commitment and approach will continue to apply as the HDSB seeks to comply with this motion.”
A group of parents, students and other “concerned members” of the Oakville community, known as Students First Ontario, said they are optimistic about the board’s “steps in the right direction.”
‘[We] I hope the board is serious about introducing professional standards for staff to remedy the situation,” the group said.

The students were allegedly threatened with suspension if they took pictures of Lemieux
Lemieux has made headlines multiple times and began transitioning from male to female in 2021 — videos of the transgender educator circulating the internet multiple times.
Students have shared videos of Lemieux at other schools as she recovers from a foot injury, showing her walking on crutches.
In December, David Menzies, an anchor for Canadian right-wing news channel Rebel Media, discussed Lemieux’s expulsion from a theater in an appearance on Tucker Carlson’s Fox News show.
Menzies also discussed the incident on a November episode of his show. At the time he said of Lemieux’s presence at the dance recital: ‘This is so disgusting. This is so disturbing. This is so despicable.
During the same episode, Menzies said that he brought a camera crew to Lemieux’s condo. He said that he saw Lemieux remove her breasts and wig while he was at home.
In October, Menzies attended a Halton School District School Board meeting, where Lemieux teaches at Oakville Trafalgar High School, as the character ‘Mammary Menzies’ equipped with extremely large prosthetic breasts.
Menzies brought with him a petition calling for the school board to be fired over Lemieux’s continued employment. Finally, a police officer removed him from the meeting.
Students have shared videos of Lemieux at other schools as she recovers from a foot injury, showing her walking on crutches and sitting next to a student who appeared to be vaping.
The district has now warned that students are not allowed to take pictures of anyone at school unless they get their permission, and they could be suspended if they do.
Along with complaints about the alleged suspension warnings, the parents claimed that ‘Lemieux receives a personal escort [and] protection’ wherever he goes after the district received a series of bomb threats.

In December, David Menzies, an anchor for Canadian right-wing news channel Rebel Media, discussed Lemieux’s expulsion from a theater in an appearance on Tucker Carlson’s Fox News show.
School board spokeswoman Heather Francey said at the time that the district cannot comment on Human Resources matters.
He added that students must abide by the district’s ‘Responsible Use Procedures for Information and Communications Technology’ policy.
“It is standard practice for students to obtain permission from any subject at any time (including other students, staff or anyone) before capturing, using and transmitting images or video,” he told the Sun.
“This policy helps guide that standard courtesy across all of our business.”
He also stressed that Lemieux did not know who he was either. It is unclear what the relationship, if any, is between Voodoo and Lemieux.
Speaking exclusively to DailyMail at the time, Voodoo said: “I had no idea I was taking on the controversial transgender schoolteacher until they showed up in the drop zone.”
“I’m not a fan of trans activism or Kayla’s behavior at school, but I am a professional and I don’t discriminate.”
He added: ‘I’ll throw anyone out of a plane. Also, I considered it a challenge to carry a 230-pound big person with huge prosthetic beasts in a skydive. Most instructors wouldn’t even take them strictly based on their size alone.
