Jill Biden praised the NFL’s “integrity” Monday as she watched young kids play flag football in Mexico, praising the league as it grappled with the fallout from Damar Hamlin’s injury and its response.
He also thanked his beloved Philadelphia Eagles, who beat the New York Giants in Sunday night’s playoff game.

The league was subsequently heavily criticized by commentators and fans on social media.
Meanwhile, the Eagles beat the Giants 22-16 on Sunday night, rebounding from two straight losses and earning a bye. The Giants, who didn’t play their starters against their former NFC rivals, now head to Minnesota for a wild card game against the Vikings.
