Kenneth Branagh is spotted on set as he continues filming for A Haunting in Venice
He’s been shooting for the new crime-mystery A Haunting In Venice for the past few weeks.
And Kenneth Branagh once again transformed into his role as Hercule Poirot on Monday when he was photographed on set in the Italian city in his period costume.
The 62-year-old British actor brought back his character’s signature mustache for scenes, which he previously sported in 2017’s Murder On the Orient Express and 2022’s Death On The Nile.

Kenneth donned a navy double-breasted coat over his matching suit, which was teamed with a crisp white shirt and red tie.
The actor and filmmaker added a homburg hat and leather gloves while carrying his detective cane.
During scenes, he would stroll through Venice before performing on a rustic balcony.
He was juggling acting and directing duties on the day of filming, spending time behind the lens while changing out of his costume for a warm jacket for off-screen work.

Some Coffee: He enjoyed a hot drink while taking a break from acting scenes.
Crowds of extras also filled the city streets, all dressed in period costume as the film went back in time.
The cast and crew appeared to be filming outside one of the city’s old custom buildings, Dogana da Mar.
The film is Kenneth’s third Hecule Poirot film, and is being adapted from Agatha Christie’s 1969 novel Hallowe’en Party, set in post-World War II Venice on All Hallows Eve.

The story follows Poirot, who is now retired and living in self-imposed exile, before he is lured away to solve another mystery.
It began filming at London’s Pinewood Studios in November, before moving to location work in Venice, Italy, in recent weeks, with 20th Century Studios locking in a September 2023 release date.
Kenneth will star in the film alongside Tina Fey, as well as Jamie Dornan, Michelle Yeoh, Kyle Allen, Camille Cottin, Jude Hill, Ali Khan, Emma Laird, Kelly Reilly, and Riccardo Scamarcio.
Famous Faces: Riccardo Scamarcio was also spotted on set as the duo prepared to film together.

It comes after Kenneth’s co-star Jamie admitted that he found his trademark mustache “intimidating”.
Speaking on The Graham Norton show, he said: “I felt so insecure and inferior all the time because his mustache was amazing.”
‘[His facial hair is] the best in movie history as Poirot, whereas mine was a small attempt at one.
Jamie said it was also “very different” to act opposite the Oscar winner, having previously been directed by him.
