Kayla Itsines shares footage of her daughter Arna meeting her newborn brother Jax for the first time

There were tears, laughter and much joy when fitness queen Kayla Itsines brought her newborn son home on Sunday.

After giving birth to Jax on Thursday, the 31-year-old and her fiance Jae Woodroffe introduced their baby boy to their older sister Arna.

The fitness entrepreneur shares his three-year-old daughter Arna Leia Pearce with his ex Toby Pearce.

Kayla captured the endearing moment the half-siblings met in a video, which was uploaded to her Instagram page.

“Meet our precious baby with the best big sister in the world,” she captioned the post.

Her celebrity friends couldn’t help but rave about the sweet images.

Australian actress Teresa Palmer wrote: “Congratulations, beautiful.”

“Congratulations beautiful, this is so special,” said media personality Sally Obermeder.

All this. All of you… a lot of joy”, said a follower.

Kayla was admitted to the hospital around 6:30 a.m. on January 5 before her son arrived at 8:45 a.m. weighing 7.72 pounds (3.5 kg).

She had undergone a planned caesarean delivery after being planned early last year.

Kayla captured the endearing moment the half-siblings met in a video, which was uploaded to her Instagram page.

“The most amazing thing, as I was walking out, out of nowhere on a completely random playlist that the hospital was playing, Jae’s father’s funeral song started playing on the speakers,” he said.

Simultaneously he heard Jae announce that it was a boy.

“I started crying, he started crying, and we met our baby,” she said.

“Meet our precious baby with the best big sister in the world,” she captioned the post.

Kayla said the surgery meant she would focus on lower-intensity workouts while she regained her strength.

In July, Kayla announced her pregnancy by showing an ultrasound image with Jae as the couple kissed.

Kayla became a billionaire after the success of her Sweat workout app.
