Michael Clarke shows off his rarely-seen tramp stamp tattoo and full-body wax

Michael Clarke revealed a rare glimpse of his lower back tattoo as he arrived at Noosa Main Beach in Queensland on Sunday.

Accompanied by his bikini-clad girlfriend Jade Yarbrough, the image-conscious cricket star, 41, was seen stripping down to a pair of blue shorts that fell low on his hips.

Peeking out from beneath the garment were Roman numerals representing the number 389, which Michael had inked to represent the number he was given during his Test Match debut.

Michael has been teased for the tattoo in the past, as the cricketer decided to tattoo the numbers for each individual number (III VIII IX) instead of the correct number for 389 (CCCLXXXI).

It was previously rumored that he avoided tattooing the correct numbers because they would have been more painful.

Michael, who is known for his love of body waxing, meanwhile, flaunted his freshly shaved, hair-free physique as Jade applied sunscreen to his back.

Michael has been collecting tattoos for over a decade, having inked his ex-girlfriend Lara Bingle’s initials on his bicep in 2007.

In 2010, shortly after separating from Lara, he had his parents’ given names engraved on his torso in Hindi script.

Doing his best to shield his face from the sun, Michael completed his look with a white cap and sunglasses.

Meanwhile, Michael was joined by his seven-year-old daughter, Kelsey-Lee, whom he shares with ex-wife Kyly Clarke.

Jade’s sister Jasmine and her husband Karl Stefanovic were also seen with their two-year-old daughter Harper.
