Seven weeks after welcoming their second child, The Hills alumni Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt took little Ryker for a walk in a park not far from their $3 million Pacific Palisades home on Sunday.

The 36-year-old Colorado-born man took selfies of the 39-year-old SoCal native, who was wearing a $225 RHUDE ‘Leopard’ T-shirt with shorts and sneakers.

Heidi – who told her Eastern Time she’ll never get pregnant again – she looked comfortable in a white cardigan over a pink long-sleeved top and blue jeans.

‘Parenthood this time is really different. I think I have a lot more to focus on with Gunner and our business… I’m busy! It just feels so different and easier.’

Heidi continued: ‘[I’m] juggling heartstrings with Gunner and making sure I get that time with him… Mom’s guilt is something I’m really trying to balance. It’s just that there are more people to constantly worry about… I love Gunner and Ryker so differently, but it’s the same. I feel really complete.
