Kenya Moore says her divorce from husband Marc Daly has stalled due to the lack of a prenuptial agreement.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 51, was asked about TMZ on Saturday in New York City why the separation is dragging on, and she responded, “No prenup, no prenup, unfortunately.”

The Detroit-born reality star, who shares four-year-old daughter Brooklyn with Daly, said she feels “confident it will be resolved soon.”

The former Miss USA and Daly initially separated in September 2019, and she filed divorce papers in May 2021.

“Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage,” he said.

Moore has been on the promotional route for his stint on the Fox series Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, which pits 16 celebrities against one another in a series of training exercises.

Other stars on the show include Mel B, Jamie Lynn Spears, Kate Gosselin, Hannah Brown, and Anthony Scaramucci.

while talking to entertainment tonight On Friday, Moore said she felt more comfortable in the military atmosphere of the show than she did with some of her castmates on Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta.

She said: ‘When I tell you it’s torture for me to go on trips with people you’d never date, you know, if you weren’t doing a show, and to be stuck in a house with them. Not being able to go anywhere, and unable to do anything you want to do on your own and just be like a captive audience?’

Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test airs Wednesdays on Fox at 8/7c.
