Love Island’s Millie Court has revealed that she is starting therapy sessions following her split from Liam Reardon.

Taking to Instagram, the 26-year-old reality star explained to her followers that she had her first session just before Christmas and despite feeling “uncomfortable” talking to her counselor, she immediately felt “so much better” after a single session.

Millie also said that she is using therapy as her tool to “treat her body and mind the way it deserves” after she split from Liam in July last year.
