Tammy shares Wolf, six, and Saskia, five, with ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins, while Posy is the daughter of athlete Matt Poole.

The fitness guru recently revealed that she split from her fiancé Matt during a photo shoot in Sydney.

He posed with his three children, his son Wolf, his daughter Saskia and his latest addition, little Posy.

She confessed that it was “a tough job being a single mother of three children,” according to one of the makeup artists on set.

The source told Daily Mail Australia: “Tammy said she and Matt split up a while ago and he was doing his own thing now, so he brought his daughter Posy on set.”

“Tammy said they were doing everything they could to maintain a friendship while sharing their little one.”

Tammy appeared to have finally ‘confirmed her split from ex-fiancé Matt Poole’ (left) during a recent trip to Sydney in December.

The couple were first rumored to have split in August, just three months after welcoming daughter Posy in June.

The couple began dating in 2020 and got engaged in November 2021.

Just two weeks after revealing that they were engaged, they announced that they are also expecting their first child together.

Tammy revealed her pregnancy just two weeks after she and Matt announced their engagement.
