A former star of The Apprentice has recounted how it is chaos in the mornings in the house of the candidate, since everyone has very little time to prepare.
Sian Gabbidon, who won the BBC show in 2018, revealed that candidates not only have to fight in the boardroom, but also have to fight for shower rooms.
And the 30-year-old says he’ll be lucky if he has “five minutes” to prepare after that dreaded 4am phone call, as there are so many people to organize, with the 2023 series fielding 18 hopefuls.

The Apprentice typically sees a scene where a person answers the phone in the early hours of the morning, informing the candidates where they will be going and how much time they have to get ready.
But while the time given is usually around 30 minutes, when there are so many people dragging themselves through the shower, candidates actually have much less time.

“You literally didn’t have that much time and that was a real deal, jump in the shower, put on your makeup, head downstairs and be ready to walk out the door.”
Meanwhile, Sian, who beat out stiff competition from Camilla Ainsworth during her series, has said that the person who answers the phone is usually “the one who gets there first” while the person who calls at the end of the line is just ” generic”.
