Terri Irwin reveals the three things she does in bed to stay ‘happy’

Terri Irwin has revealed the three things she does before bed every day to stay happy, hopeful and kind.’

The 58-year-old zookeeper told her fans on Twitter that she has a regular bedtime ritual that she follows every day, which includes reflecting on the day, remembering the best part of the day, and planning ahead.

‘Happy New Year!! This year, celebrate every day by practicing these 3 things before you go to bed,’ she began.

‘Enjoy your favorite part of the day. Think about what you are looking forward to the most for tomorrow and reflect on your good deed of the day. This will keep you happy, hopeful and kind,” Terri said.

It comes after reports claimed that Terri is reportedly urging her 19-year-old son Robert to “take it easy” with his first girlfriend, Rorie Buckey.

The zookeeper is said to be keeping a close eye on the couple to make sure they “keep things PG.” New Idea reported last month.

“Terri is very happy for Robert, and she likes Rorie, but urges him to take it easy for both of them,” a source told the magazine.

“Terri knows all too well what it’s like to be in a relationship in the public eye. She wants to make sure they’re ready.

The young couple had previously been seen spending time together near the Sunshine Coast Zoo.

It comes after reports claimed that Terri is reportedly urging her 19-year-old son Robert to “take it easy” with his first girlfriend, Rorie Buckey.

The couple took a walk before buying takeout from Grill’d and eating it on a beach. Robert was seen hugging his girlfriend as the sun set.

Rorie is the niece of the late Heath Ledger and has an identical twin sister named Scarlett.

Robert and Rorie have a lot in common; both grew up in the public eye after suffering the devastating loss of a family member.

Heath was at the height of his Hollywood career when he was found dead in January 2008 after an accidental overdose of prescription drugs.

Robert’s father, Steve Irwin, known to the world as the ‘Crocodile Hunter’, died at the age of 44 on September 4, 2006, after being pierced through the chest by a ray.

Perth-based Rorie (pictured with her identical twin sister Scarlett) is the sister of Heath Ledger’s daughter Kate and her husband Nathan Buckey.
