The 36-year-old Nickelodeon star has reportedly entered treatment, weeks after he was seen inhaling balloons with his son in the car.
Janet, also an actress, “had enough” according to the outlet’s sources, and moved back to Florida with her son.
The reported separation and treatment comes while the actor is currently serving a two-year probation for child endangerment.

Insiders at Page Six have revealed that she entered treatment, two weeks after she appeared to be sucking on a balloon in the front seat of her parked car in Los Angeles, with her son in the back seat.
Drake, known for his roles on Drake & Josh and his appearances on The Amanda Show, was reportedly inflating and deflating a balloon inside his car for more than thirty minutes outside his home.
It is not clear what, if any substance was inside the balloon.
She pulled her sleeping son out of the back seat of the car and carried him inside the house.

Drake was seen the next day heading to a local vape shop; he left the store with a bag of items and was seen parked under a tree for 15 minutes in his car sucking on a balloon for almost 15 minutes.
He then went to a local Del Taco and then drove home.
‘They had some incredibly beautiful moments before. She needs to focus on being healthy and they will be great parents in the future,” the source said.
“This is a bad time for Drake. But he’s a great dad when he’s healthy and sober,” the source added.
Page Six reported that 28-year-old Janet returned to Florida with her son and stopped by a home there.
He is reportedly receiving support from his family.
Drake and Janet began dating in 2013 and tied the knot five years later, in 2018.
Drake is currently serving a two-year child endangerment probation for endangering the welfare of a girl when she was just 15 years old.

Bell was sentenced in July 2021 to two years probation and 200 hours in community after pleading guilty to child endangerment charges.
Authorities said a 15-year-old girl attended one of Bell’s concerts in Cleveland in 2017 and contacted Toronto police in October 2018 about being sexually assaulted.
Toronto authorities then forwarded their findings to Cleveland police, prompting an investigation.
They discovered that Bell and the girl had “developed a relationship” online before the concert, during which Bell sent the girl “inappropriate messages on social media.”
He was later charged with attempting to endanger a child because he “violated his duty of care” and created a risk of harm to the victim, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office spokesman Tyler Sinclair said at the time.
During his virtual sentencing last year, the victim read his impact statement and claimed that he performed oral sex on the star when he was 15 years old.
“These are crimes that are inexcusable and inexcusable,” he said. They cannot be withdrawn. He was calculating, took advantage of me and sexually abused me. It is a monster and a danger to children.
“I kindly ask you to send a powerful message that these crimes are never okay no matter who the person is,” the victim continued.
She continued: “And he can give me that look all he wants, but he knows exactly what I’m talking about.”
“He is the epitome of evil,” he said. ‘I deserve better than to be used for your sick desires, and for my suffering to be used for your amusement. Jared Drake Bell is a pedophile and that is his legacy.
He seemed visibly shocked by the accusation and in response, the victim addressed him directly saying: ‘Don’t look at me like that!’

Bell then addressed the court, saying, “I just want to say today that I accept this statement because my conduct was wrong.”
“I have taken this matter very, very seriously,” he added. “I just want to apologize to her and anyone else who may have been affected by my actions.”
The Nickelodeon star had pleaded guilty to one felony attempt to endanger a child and a misdemeanor count of disseminating material harmful to minors just a month earlier.
And during his sentencing, his lawyer made sure to point out that he had not been charged with the more serious crimes of sexual assault and pedophilia that the victim alleged in her impact statement.
Months later, Bell tried to downplay his conviction in a humiliating Instagram video.
“Most of the news you’ve heard recently is completely false and wrong,” he said.
‘I feel you deserve, and owe you, an explanation,’ he continued. I did not change my name.
“I know this has moved very quickly for you, but for me, it’s been a three-year, exhaustive investigation into every single false claim that’s been made.”
‘And it’s not me telling you that the claims are false, but the state of Ohio has proven the claims to be false.
‘If these claims were remotely true, my situation would be very different. I would not be here at home with my wife and son.’
He went on to say, “But with that being said, I’m not perfect and I do make mistakes.”
“I replied to a fan, whose age I didn’t know, but when I realized her age, all conversation and communication stopped.”
“This individual continued to come to shows and pay for meet and greets, all while I was unaware that this was the same person I was communicating with online, and that is what I plead guilty to.
They were reckless and irresponsible text messages. I want to make it clear that there was no sexual imagery, nothing physical between me and this individual.
He added: ‘I was not charged with anything physical. I did not take it upon myself to spread their images or anything like that. This was strictly by text.
And when I was presented with a plea agreement, because of the messages, I felt like this was the best way to get this over with quickly and everyone involved could move on. And for me to go back to doing what I love, and that is making music for you’.
“I want to thank you, for um, everyone who saw through the lies and investigated and looked at my case and saw it for what it was instead of all this media confusion.”
He concluded: ‘Don’t believe the media right away. It’s a lot of clickbait. Do your own research and come to your own conclusions. I just want to say thank you all for sticking with me. I love you and I will see you soon.
The former child star has been in trouble with the law before, having been sentenced to four days in jail in 2015 for driving under the influence, which was his second DUI conviction in a six-year period.
