The Bills players were in an unwelcome situation when they finally returned from Chicago on Sunday, as their cars were covered in snow and stuck in their parking spaces.
Buffalo has been hit with a massive snowstorm this weekend, with a daily record snowfall of 22.3 inches descending on the city on Friday according to the National Weather Service and extreme conditions that forced the closure of the city’s airport until Tuesday for the morning.
After a flight to Rochester on Sunday morning, the Bills players finally made it home after being forced to spend the night in Chicago following a 35-13 win against the Bears.
Dane Jackson had to shovel his car out of its parking spot on his way back to Buffalo
Jackson was barely able to get into his car due to the surrounding snow.
But it wasn’t all smooth sailing from there, as several players found they still had work to do to get their cars off the lot.
Buffalo safety Damar Hamlin shared a video on his Instagram showing a car driving away in a heavy amount of snow while defensive partner Dane Jackson could barely get into his vehicle.
Barely able to open the driver’s door due to the snow surrounding his SUV, the cornerman is seen weaving into the tightest of spaces to get into his car.
In Damar Hamlin’s video, a car drove by with a large chunk of snow still attached.

The snow total at Buffalo Niagara International Airport was 43 inches as of 7 a.m. Sunday, while seven deaths were confirmed in Erie County.
Additionally, the area was faced with 80mph winds on Christmas Eve, and effectively there has been zero visibility in the extreme conditions.
Earlier in the day, the Bills players were greeted by fans in Rochester as they got off a plane.
