A couple dangerously transported a 65-inch television home by rocking it on their moped just in time for Christmas.
The strange sight was spotted in Darwin on Saturday when the couple stopped at traffic lights, clutching the large Christmas present.
A passenger in another car was taken by surprise after seeing the moped crossing an intersection.
A couple of motorcyclists have been caught dragging a 65-inch television on their moped and taking home delivery to another level
The motorist took a photo showing the driver of the moped wedged between the passenger behind him and the boxed television that rested in front of him.
The box is so large that he is forced to reach out to grasp the handles.
The photograph of the strange sighting was uploaded to social media, where people were quick to downplay it.
‘If there is a will there is a way!!!’ one wrote.
A second added: “Obviously they’ve been to Bali.”
Other social media users were not quick to judge, saying they didn’t know the full story behind the photo.
They are charming people who stubbornly do not ask for help. I admire your positive attitude,’ wrote one.
