The property was last sold in 2013 for $795,000.
While it’s unclear how long they’ve been dating, Andrew and Renee became ‘Instagram official’ in November of last year.
Renee was a red carpet correspondent for the American entertainment news show Extra from 2010 to 2020, a role that won her two Emmy Awards.
