The Block: Dylan and Jenny say there’s been no interest in their house for weeks
The Block’s Jenny Heath and Dylan Adams are still struggling to find a buyer after their house failed to sell at auction during the finale over a month ago.
Their Gisborne property sits on the largest plot The Block has ever seen, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, and boasts a wood-burning hot tub, fire pit, in-ground pool and stunning views of the Macedon Ranges.
But the two are the only contestants left waiting for someone to take over their house.

“We’re still in the same position we were when we left The Block,” Dylan said. 9Entertainment.
“We had some people interested a few weeks ago, but we haven’t heard anything since,” Jenny said.
Jenny, 25, and Dylan, 29, have been heartbroken after their country house was given up at auction. However, they were not the only ones who did not sell their renewal, as Sharon Johal and Ankur Dogra also left empty-handed.

But Sharon and Ankur were lucky to sell their home after Adrian Portelli bought it for $4.25 million, resulting in a profit of $170,000 above the reserve price.
Dylan and Jenny’s house is currently featured on the Domain website.
“Honestly, it’s crazy that it’s still on the market. We just don’t know if we’re not going to win anything or if we could win $10,000 or $100,000,” Jenny explained.
The property has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and boasts a wood burning hot tub, fire pit, in ground pool and stunning views of the Macedon Ranges.

In the meantime, Dylan encouraged interested buyers to come inspect the house.
‘You have to see how good it is. It’s the biggest piece of land The Block will ever do, and we finished it off to perfection,” he said.

The Block’s auctioneer Damien Cooley previously said that Dylan and Jenny can expect a sale in the range of $4.3 million to $4.8 million.

The highest bid they got for their five-bedroom, three-bathroom home at auction was $4,075,000, which was just below the reserve price of $4,080,000.
“They will enter into negotiations now, and I would assume that, most likely, they will have an initial price of a number that is well above the published reserve,” he told Fitzy and Wippa.
