Roxy Jacenko reignites feud with Candice Warner as she slams the WAG

Roxy Jacenko has reignited her long-standing feud with Candice Warner.

The PR queen took a jab at the WAG in an Instagram Stories post on Tuesday, after news broke that Cricket Australia offered Candice a security detail at future cricket matches.

The 42-year-old shared a photo from a magazine article claiming Warner, 37, was made the offer after being subjected to “vile” abuse in the Adelaide test match.

“That would be a waste of money,” Roxy wrote in a caption next to the image.

“We know how he performs in the ring and that’s with the people he liked at the time,” he added.

The public relations expert was referring to a boxing match the two participated in at SAS Australia in 2021.

Roxy, who was Candice’s friend and publicist at the time, ended their friendship last year after they got into a brutal fight.

Candice later told Daily Mail Australia that she was “moving on” after their feud.

She described her experience on the show as “one of the best” of her life and said she wasn’t focusing on her fight with Sweaty Betty PR founder.

“Yeah, to be honest, that was it last year and this year is all about moving forward and looking to the future,” she said in January.

The PR expert was referring to a boxing match the two participated in at SAS Australia in 2021. Roxy, who was Candice’s friend and publicist at the time, ended their friendship last year after they clashed in the brutal combat.

He had previously addressed his feud with Roxy on the Fitzy & Wippa radio show last November, saying he wasn’t “losing any sleep” over it.

She also revealed that she was prepared to sit down with Roxy and work out their differences, but her former friend flatly refused.

It is what it is and I’m not losing any sleep! he said, adding that he couldn’t wait for his contract with The Ministry of Talent, Roxy’s influence agency, to expire.

At around this time, Roxy told Daily Mail Australia that Candice was “delusional” at the thought that they could mend their shattered friendship.

‘Someone who continues to beat you up when your back is turned and then fires you about two weeks later as manager after four years of hard work and support would have to be delusional to think I want to be friends!’ she was enraged.

“She may have trouble making friends and accepting people doing that to her, but that’s not a friend I’m interested in keeping.”

At around this time, Roxy told Daily Mail Australia that Candice was “delusional” at the thought that they could mend their shattered friendship.
