EMILY PRESCOTT: Suki Waterhouse sashays from the catwalk… to Benidorm for pre-Christmas detox

For most, the party season is in full swing, but model and singer Suki Waterhouse is trading wild nights in for wellness.

You’ve embarked on a pre-Christmas detox, perhaps to prepare for the festivities ahead.

Suki, 30, who wowed in an Alexandre Vauthier gown at the Fashion Awards in London last week, joined her author friend and business partner, Poppy Jamie, at a clinic called Sha Wellness near Benidorm.

The center offers treatments that include hydrocolon therapy, which involves removing waste from the body, and craniocervical water massages, which aim to release tension and energy blockages.

Thankfully, Poppy has so far refrained from sharing photos of the couple receiving these treatments with her social media followers, but she did post a snap of herself ‘layered in seaweed, in a heated bubble sink tank’ last week. .

“Happy as a clam,” he wrote. ‘One step closer to rebalancing cortisol and hormones.’

He also displayed a colorful breakfast of green juice and rice porridge.

Meanwhile, model Poppy Delevingne, also seen at the Fashion Awards, has traveled to the Clinique la Prairie wellness center in Switzerland, where a five-day stay costs £9,000.
