LeBron James is BETTER than Michael Jordan, claims Draymond Green, as he says the LA Lakers star has faced tougher competition and insists “NO ONE can do what he does on a court.”
Draymond Green has weighed in on the greatest basketball player of all time debate between Michael Jordan and LeBron James, stating that “nobody” can “do” what the LA Lakers superstar does every night.
The Golden State Warriors star didn’t hold back his opinion when he mentioned his top five NBA players of all time on the latest episode of Uninterrupted, a multimedia platform created by James, explaining why he thinks ‘The King’ is the better hooper than ‘His Airness’.
Among his reasons was the four-time NBA champion’s longevity as the best five-a-side player at the top, as well as his varied skill set, specifically passing.

But Green especially claims that the level of competition James has had to face is what sets him apart from Jordan, even though the Chicago Bulls legend had to face the likes of Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Patrick Ewing and Isiah Thomas in his day. .
“MJ didn’t beat the greatest team ever,” the 32-year-old said, likely referring to the 2016-17 Golden State Warriors, who featured the talents of Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, Klay Thompson and Andre Iguodala.
“He also didn’t face the best team ever assembled every year.”
Green later stated that “there’s not anybody who’s ever played basketball who can do what LeBron James does on a basketball court.” No one.’

Basketball fans have long argued over the debate for years, with Jordan supporters claiming their idol’s six NBA rings give him an edge over James.
However, LeBron fans are pointing to his ever-improving stats, with ‘The King’ just 907 points shy of tying Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for the NBA’s all-time leading scorer.
For Green, though, the distinction is pretty clear, and he doesn’t want to disrespect the man who made him want to play basketball in the first place.
Green also revealed Kobe Bryant, Steph Curry and Shaquille O’Neal among his top five NBA players.
“I’m sure one of the old bastards is going to say, ‘You’re crazy,’ and it’s this, that, and the other,” Juan Toscano-Anderson and the actor told the Lakers. Rome Flynn while he plays a game of dominoes.
‘Talent is so much better [during LeBron’s era]like the talent at Apple is much better than the talent that worked at Apple in 1991.’
Other players who ranked in Green’s top five all-time basketball greats include Kobe Bryant, teammate Steph Curry and Shaquille O’Neal.
