“On a golf course, and it was quite windy, so it wasn’t that nice!” she confessed in a video shared by Channel Nine.

The confession comes after Al’s ex-girlfriend, Married At First Sight, Samantha Moitzi, claimed that he is better suited to Love Island as he wasn’t ready for a serious relationship when he signed up for MAFS.

Speaking to fans on Instagram, the fashion designer, 27, admitted: “I mean since… I don’t know, maybe not since day one.” [of MAFS] but it quickly became pretty clear to me that Al and I wanted very different things.

Sam also spoke about the backlash she received from viewers during MAFS, where Al was a fan favorite while being blamed for the breakup of her TV marriage.

“Everyone was saying I wasn’t giving it a chance when I was like… ‘We don’t want the same things!

‘We’re very different people, and I want to settle down, so yeah. But I wish you all the best!

Since then, Sam has moved on and found love with Gibson Cleal, a fan of the house.

Love Island Australia host Sophie Monk recently said that Al was perfect for the swinger reality series.

“I was watching it on MAFS and immediately when I saw it I thought, ‘Why isn’t it on Love Island?’ because she had never had a girlfriend when she got married,’ he said yahoo.

‘So I think it’s really good for him. It’s hilarious and he really had a good time. I don’t want to give away too much, but it was great for him.
