“Hello glutes. How to sculpt in leggings girls (and don’t skip leg day),” Vikki posted TikTok.

The reason the trick works is because it gives you a bit of a framework for your glutes.

By strategically positioning the fabric, you get a solid-looking butt.

But not everyone was on board.

“But what about all that fabric on the front?” one commenter asked.

Vikki has built a huge following on social media for fitness tips and tricks.

She previously revealed what she eats in a day to meet her protein goals, including high-protein yogurt, scrambled eggs and avocado on toast, smoked salmon, rice and edamame beans, and a chicken burger with corn on the cob.

“Before a workout, I always eat carbs to fuel that workout, giving me the initial energy to perform reps properly and with a good weight,” Vikki Posted.

“After your training, carbohydrates ensure that you replenish those spent glycogen stores in the muscles.”

The PT also always has protein before a workout to ensure her muscles are prepped and “ready for action.”

“After a workout, protein is good because it promotes the growth and recovery of your trained muscles,” said Vikki.

“Try to consume protein within 30-60 minutes after your workout for added growth aid.”
