Neighbor actress Kate Keltie, 36, is diagnosed with stage four breast cancer as her co-stars start a GoFundMe page to help her in ‘the fight of her life’
Neighbors star Kate Keltie has stage 4 breast cancer.
The actress, 36, who played Holly Valance’s sister Michelle on the soap for five years, was diagnosed earlier this year and the cancer is so aggressive it has spread to other parts of her body, including her lymph nodes, blood and hip bones.
The fellow players of Keltie’s Neighbors put a GoFundMe page last week to raise money to help her fight the disease.

“She will lose her beautiful hair and will not be able to bear children in the future. This is terrible news for everyone.’
The online community has been quick to respond with their support and the page has already raised over $30,000.

Keltie said she was touched by the outpouring of support and expressed her gratitude.
“It’s great to know I have so many incredible people in my corner. I just got over Covid and am starting my first round of chemotherapy tomorrow,” she said in a statement.
“You have no idea how my headspace changed when I went into it because of all of you. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.’
Keltie appeared on Neighbors as Michelle Scully, the sister of Holly Valance’s character, from 1999 to 2004.
She has also made guest appearances on Blue Heelers and Halifax fp
